Featuring all the parts needed to effectively rebuild an outboard powerhead in one convenient package, our powerhead rebuild kits offer a combination of cast WSM Pistons complete with Japanese rings, pins, and clips, the highest quality gaskets available, and the necessary crank bearings, rod bearings, and rod bolts. These kits are available with Standard-Size Pistons or .010/.020/.030/.040 Oversize Pistons, so please specify when placing an order.
This rebuild kit is designed for Yamaha 200-250 HP V6 76° Dish Top EFI Powerheads from 1994-2005 that use rods with the OEM No. 6R5-11650-01-11.
NOTE: Pistons can be upgraded to Platinum Series Piston Kits with M0S2 Coating for an additional $25.89. If you would like this option, please select the Platinum Option above.

One Gasket Kit [including 2 Head Gaskets, 2 Head Cover Gaskets, 1 Base Gasket, 6 Reed Gaskets, 1 Inj. to Manifold, 1 Intake Manifold to Block, 1 Exhaust Gasket, 2 Lower Crank O-Rings, 1 Upper Crank O-Ring, 3 Fuel Pump Gaskets, 3 Water Pass Gaskets, 1 Upper Crank Oil Seal, 2 Lower Crank Oil Seals, and 1 02 Sensor Gasket] Note: In this model, the Head Gasket is installed with the wide side of the fire ring towards the block.
