Upgrade your Mercury Verado outboard with this high-quality 5" Extension Kit manufactured by Bay Manufacturing. Designed for long-lasting reliability, this kit extends your motor from 20" to 25" (or 25" to 30", depending on model) and includes all required components except the driveshaft extension. Verado driveshaft extensions must be purchased through a Mercury dealer—this 614S kit provides every other part needed for a proper installation.
Each extension housing is precision-cast from marine-grade alloy matching OEM specifications, ensuring durability, proper alignment, and smooth operation. Newer kits may arrive painted black or silver, while others come unpainted with a clean sandblasted finish.
