We go beyond basic repair, our technician reconditions each head for long-lasting reliability:
- New Valve Seats are precision cut for optimal sealing.
- New seals are installed to eliminate oil leaks and maintain pressure
- Valves are pre-adjusted to factory specifications
- The cylinder head produces a displacement of 254 cubic inches or 4.2L
The cylinder head comes with a limited one-year warranty, which can be extended for an additional 12 months for $540. Read our warranty policy to learn more about it.
Before ordering: Please specify which side (port or starboard) you need, as only one cylinder head is shipped per order.
There is no additional core charge. A core return label will be sent with the replacement head, at which point the original head can be returned for inspection. If the core passes inspection, a refund check of up to $50 will be issued to the buyer; otherwise, the core will be scrapped and not returned.
SHIPPING: Additional shipping fees to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or International Shipping will be calculated after checkout. You will receive an email and a PayPal money request for the additional shipping charges at the email address provided. (Some items are excluded from international shipping)
