RETURN POLICY
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
New Products
New products may be returned within 30 days provided:
- The item has not been installed
- All original hardware and components are included
- The item has not been damaged or altered
Packaging may be opened. Damaged packaging does not disqualify a return as long as the product itself is in resalable condition.
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
New electronic components are not eligible for return. If an electronic item is believed to be defective, it must be processed through the applicable warranty procedure.
Used Parts
Most used parts may be returned within 30 days and are subject to:
- A 10% restocking fee
- Inspection upon return
Used electronics are not eligible for return but may be eligible for exchange if defective.
Store credit is not offered.
Used Engines
Used engines are not eligible for return.
If you experience an issue with a used engine, please contact us immediately so we may review the situation and determine appropriate assistance. Solutions may vary depending on the circumstances.
Shipping Damage (Freight Shipments)
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If Marine Parts Warehouse arranged the freight shipment:
- We will review the documentation.
- We will file the freight claim.
- We will work toward a resolution.
Refunds or replacements are not issued until the freight claim has been reviewed.
If the customer arranged their own freight shipment:
- The customer assumes full responsibility for any shipping damage.
- Marine Parts Warehouse does not assist with claims for customer-arranged freight.
International Orders
International returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item otherwise meets return eligibility requirements.
However:
- We do not pay for or reimburse international return shipping costs.
- The customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for return shipment.
- Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
All international returns must be approved prior to shipment.
Return Process
To request a return:

- Email: customerservice@marinepartswarehouse.com
If approved, we will email a return shipping label. The label will include an RMA number and must be used to return the item.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in original condition.
Any product that has been:
- Installed
- Damaged
- Altered
- Tampered with
Is not eligible for refund.
If a returned item is determined to be ineligible and this was not disclosed prior to return, the customer will be responsible for return shipping to have the item sent back. No refund will be issued.
eBay Orders
Orders placed through eBay must follow eBay’s return process. Customers must initiate returns directly through eBay.
Warranty Claims
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer.
Customers must contact us first regarding any warranty issue.
A completed Warranty Claim Form is required in order for a warranty claim to be initiated.
